The Gaza ceasefire agreement’s second phase implementation was a primary agenda item during their talks. Turkish security sources revealed that Kalın and Rashad agreed to enhance their coordination to address what they described as Israel’s breaches of the ceasefire. The dialogue also covered security challenges in other areas, such as the evolving situation in Somalia and the conflict in Sudan between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces.
