Türkiye has emphasized the preparedness and coordination of its military forces during the “Unity’s Strength-2026” exercise, a multinational military drill hosted by Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan region. The exercise, which also includes participation from Uzbekistan, aims to bolster joint operational capabilities and enhance the ability of forces to respond to hybrid threats.
The drills, scheduled from September 21 to October 1, feature joint training and operational scenarios to improve interoperability among the armed forces involved. Military personnel from Türkiye’s General Staff, Land Forces, Naval Forces, and Air Forces Commands are actively participating in these exercises.
Throughout the exercise, the participating forces have engaged in operations designed to test their responsiveness and coordination, successfully hitting designated targets. This underscores the commitment of the involved nations to strengthen their defense collaboration and readiness in the face of evolving security challenges.
