The loan, with a maturity of 15.5 years, is guaranteed by the Turkish Treasury and Finance Ministry.

The funds will support projects that strengthen digital infrastructure while promoting environmentally sustainable initiatives. The financing is aimed at helping Türkiye advance toward a greener, more technologically driven economy.

According to TKYB, the agreement underscores the growing cooperation between Türkiye and global development finance institutions. It also highlights the bank’s role in supporting sustainable and inclusive growth strategies. The partnership is seen as an important step in scaling up investments in climate-friendly infrastructure and digital innovation across the country.
